Description: On 10/9/14 Munger was stopped in Wallingford for driving with a suspended license. Upon running her information it was discoverd Munger had a Vermont warrant as well as a Fugitve warrant out of New Hampshire. Munger was arragned in court on all charges on 10/9/2014
