Charges: Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Narcotics

Description: On March 22, 2013 the Rutland County Sheriff’s Department (RCSD) was on DUI patrol and monitoring the area of the Diamond Run Mall due to a MOE. Concert. RCSD came into contact with Stokes near the area of the Ponderosa restaurant due to a motor vehicle violation.
Subsequent investigation revealed Stokes was in unlawful possession of marijuana and a Narcotic. Stokes was arrested and flash cited to appear at Rutland Superior Court – Criminal Division.
