Description:

On 6/5/11 at approximately 0106 hours the accused was stopped in his vehicle for erratic operation and several traffic violations. Roadside investigation determined he was extremely impaired. He was taken into custody for DUI and transported to the RCSD for processing. He was later lodged at MVRCF for lack of bail. He is scheduled to appear at Rutland Superior Court-Criminal Division on 6/6/11 at 12:30 PM to answer to the charge of DUI.
