Description:

On 5/25/11 RCSD witnessed the accused operating a motor vehicle on Business Route 4 in Rutland Town. The accused is known to RCSD through prior law enforcement contacts and it is known that his license is criminally suspended. Greene was stopped and issued a citation to appear in Court.
