Description:

On 5/21/11 at approximately 1805 hours, the accused was stopped on US 4 in Rutland Town for operating his motor vehicle at 84 mph in a posted 65 mph speed zone. It was determined the accused had a criminally suspended driver's license. He was subsequently taken into custody and transported to Castleton where he was later released on a citation to appear at Rutland Superior Court-Criminal Division on 8/8/2011.
