Description:

On the above date at approximately 2213 hours the accused was stopped for a traffic violation on Woodstock Avenue in Rutland City. Roadside investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody and transported to the Sheriff's Office for DUI processing. He was later released on a citation to appear at Rutland Superior Court -Criminal Division to answer to the charge of DUI.
