Description:

On 4/12/11 the RCSD began investigating a trespassing complaint at the above location. Investigation determined the accused entered a relative's residence without permission by placing her 6 year old son through a small window so that he could then unlock the front door for her to gain access. After entering the residence, she was confronted by family members and left. The accused was cited to Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division for Unlawful Trespass and Contributing to Juvenile Delinquency and is scheduled to appear on 6/20/2011 at 08:30 AM.
