DESCRIPTION: On June 26th 2024, Corporal Ricketts was dispatched to a reported fraud that occurred at the Walgreens Store on Main Street in the Town of West Rutland. Subsequent investigation and evidence recovered from the store revealed that Michelle J. Seck used a stolen credit card to make two purchases on June 26th.

On June 29th 2024, Seck was located and arrested in the Town of Fair Haven, she was issued a flash citation to appear at the Rutland Superior Court - Criminal Division on July 1st 2024 at 1230 hours to answer the charges of Identity Theft and False Pretenses (2).
