CHARGES: Arrest Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Criminal DLS charge

DESCRIPTION: On the above date and time, Corporal Ricketts and Corporal Cram were attempting to locate Chelsea L. Skidmore of Clarendon, VT. Skidmore had an active arrest warrant issued by the Rutland Criminal Court for failing to appear for a charge of driving with a suspended license. At approximately 1457 hours, Corporal Ricketts located Skidmore at an Auto Shop on Route 7 in Rutland Town. Skidmore was placed under arrest and was transported to the Marble Valley Regional Correctional Center where she is held for lack of bail. Skidmore will appear at the Rutland Superior Court - Criminal Division on June 19th 2024 at 1230 hours to answer to the charge.
