DATE: June 12th 2024 at 1659 hours
LOCATION: Whipple Hollow Road - West Rutland, VT
ARRESTING OFFICER: Corporal Gregory Ricketts - Rutland County Sheriff's Department

DEFENDANT: Juvenile
AGE: 17
CITY & STATE OF RESIDENCE: West Rutland, VT
CHARGES: Domestic Assault - Title 13 VSA 1042

DESCRIPTION: On the above date and time, Corporal Ricketts was dispatched to a reported family fight that was occurring on Whipple Hollow Road in the Town of West Rutland. Subsequent investigation revealed that a juvenile caused bodily injury to a household member. The juvenile was placed under arrest and was transported to the Rutland County Sheriff's Department for processing. The juvenile was later released on court ordered conditions of release and was issued a citation to appear at the Rutland Superior Court - Family Division to answer to the charge of Domestic Assault.
