On February 11, 2024, the following Deputies conducted enforcement surrounding the Super Bowl:

Cpl. Ricketts

During the enforcement the following actions took place:
37 MV Stops
20 Speeding Violations
No Registration -1
Seat Belt Violations -2
Excessive Speed Arrests (30 or more over the speed limit) - 3
DUI/Excessive Speed/ Reckless Endangerment Arrest- 1
Commercial Vehicle Violation - 1
Vehicles Towed - 2
Some of the other tickets written included:
85mph in a 55mph zone
64mph in a 35mph zone
72mph in a 45mph zone

Unfortunately, speeds were extremely high throughout the day and night. Speed limits are posted for a reason.
Please obey the speed limit and make sure everyone is buckled up in your vehicle.
